Comprehensive Plans and Amendments  
Comprehensive Plans are completed with the Community Visioning Charrette method, so that the desires and needs of the community are addressed and ease of adoption and implementation are enhanced. (The Charrette method is a multi-day collaborative design and planning workshop and includes round table brainstorming sessions involving all affected stakeholders in the community).

Amendments to the Comprehensive Plan are made to comply with the community vision and to be in agreement with applicable proposed zoning code revisions.

New Zoning Code regulations and revisions are made to be in agreement with a Comprehensive Plan, a master plan, or to meet the needs of the community.

Economic Development/Redevelopment.  We create and revise codes and programs to encourage and promote development / redevelopment that is consistent with the community's plan or goals.

Site Planning and Review.  Careful review and attention to detail is made when either creating or reviewing a site plan for a client.
