Building consensus with public agencies, residents, landowners, businesses, and other applicable stakeholders to implement a plan or goals of the community.  Researching and applying for funding source possibilities, generating funding sources at the local level through resident and commercial programs, making zoning code revisions if needed, creating new design standards for streets and public spaces, and overseeing completion of projects.
